Our Classes
We offer a range of classes aimed at everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Most classes cover general movements that benefit everyone, not just cyclists. Our classes include:
Yoga: This is a great way to prepare your body for the physical demands of cycling. It will improve your recovery after rides, maintain your durability and help you to produce more power.
Pilates: Pilates improves your core strength by targeting core muscles. It also improves your balance and encourages better limb alignment. Pilates is a great way to improve muscle strength without building muscle bulk. You will develop your flexibility and posture, especially focussing on tight hip flexors, your neck and upper back. Pilates is a good preventative measure to avoid injury.
Strength and Conditioning: These classes target the legs, core and back and improve your cycling strength, pedal stroke efficiency and flexibility, while reducing injuries, so that you can become a better and stronger cyclist.
Mobility and Stretching: These classes target areas of the body that most cyclists neglect and will involve increasing core strength and improving overall flexibility, particularly in the hip area.
Our Instructors and Facilities
We are lucky to have a great team of experienced and professional instructors across all disciplines.
Classes take place in our dedicated studio. We supply all the necessary equipment, including terra bands, yoga blocks and weights. We also have showers and lockers onsite available for your use.
