Cadence Performance stores are cycling hubs for every level of cyclist. We opened our first store in Crystal Place and have since expanded to a further Five more stores in St Albans, Twickenham, Shoreham-by-Sea, St Paul's and Paddock Wood, along with the launch of our comprehensive website.

Now, more than ever, we are equipped to be the local hub for every cyclist’s needs. We offer bike fitting, coaching, talks, ride-outs, workshop classes and memberships. We also offer a range of fitness testing services, including VO2 max, lactate threshold, body composition analysis and blood testing. As a result, we are one of the most popular bike fit centers in the UK.

Our coaching team is second to none and we are one of the few cycling operations staffed with in-house sports scientists. Furthermore, our indoor cycling studios(Crystal Palace)are equipped with Wattbike and we also run regular yoga, Pilates and core strength classes.

Our busy workshops focus on repairing and servicing all kinds of bikes, and our shops offer the full range of Giant bikes. There's also somewhere to park your bike securely and always a friendly face to welcome you.

Store Manager - Giant Twickenham

Sales, full & Part-time required – Six locations - Crystal Palace, Twickenham,
St Paul's, St Albans, Paddock Wood & Shoreham by Sea

We are looking for full and part time sales people to work in our busy stores. Maybe you have been cutting your teeth at Halfords/Evans, or another of the big bike retailers. If so, are you looking to work in a smaller, less corporate environment? Or have you always wanted to work in a bike shop and just need to take the plunge?

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, bike lovers who can deliver great customer service.

You will need to show that you have the majority of the following:

-A “Can Do” attitude.

-An interest in road bike set up and bike fitting

Bicycle Mechanics (full/part-time) – Twickenham/Crystal Palace/central London

We are recruiting now so that our store teams are ready for spring & summer. We are looking for great people to work in our busy London workshops.

We want mechanics and bike builders for our 3 busy London stores. Ideally you will be able to say yes to most of the following:

-One year experience working on bikes priced from £300 to £5000+
-A commercial outlook
-A friendly personality
-Prove you can deliver excellent customer service
-Good time management and work to a schedule
-Love cycling
-Enjoy working flexibly within a team!
-The drive and desire to pass Cytech level 2 or equivalent.

These workshop roles are an opportunity to show off your existing skills and learn new ones within our highly experienced teams. Our stores sell and service some incredible bikes, so the work is varied and the customers friendly and affluent. These positions will suit working mechanics, bike builders and home mechanics with some skills, looking to change career.

We need people who want to work in a fun, lively environment, whether you are already a workshop manager or who want to gain the experience to become a head mechanic/workshop manager. We are open-minded to employing either someone already trained to Cytech 2/3 or who is developing toward Cytech Level 2. You will need to show that you have the following:

-A “Can Do” attitude.
-A mechanical ability
-Able to work as a team
-Prove you can deliver excellent customer service
-An interest in cycling
-An ability to reach Cytech level 2
